Targeted Hyrox Training

Specialized sessions focused on the functional fitness movements you’ll face during the event, including sled push/pull, burpee broad jump, and COMPROMISED running.

Train alongside a group of motivated FTC athletes, with personalized coaching to keep you on track and accountable.

Race-Day Readiness

Simulated Hyrox run-throughs and guidance to ensure you’re physically and mentally prepared for the competition.

FAQs

  • Hyrox is a global fitness competition combining running and functional fitness challenges, designed for athletes of all levels.

  • The event will be held in New York from May 30th - June 1st

  • Mid February

  • 5-6 days of training per week.

    • At least 3 days in the gym

    3 days running - One solo session and two group sessions at a track (Wed & Sat)

  • RECOMMENDED, but not mandatory. An Apple Watch or Garmin makes running workouts easy to complete and track progress.

  • Yes, you do have to be a current member at Fitnesse to join the Hyrox cohort.

  • Yes, there will be opportunities to push and pull the sled in the studio.

  • Yes, we will have a week by week training schedule that you will be able to view with all dates and group training times.

  • Yes, there will be one full run-through during the 14-week program.

  • Yes, we can match you or you can do solos.

  • Don’t worry, running can be done solo, and we will have multiple Hyrox days for you to get accustomed to movements.

  • No, fees are non-refundable as they go toward program expenses and race preparations.
